‘Gets his name from drinking the company out of tea!’

The newest member of the team and as a result he still sometimes sports the bewildered look to match. He is enthusiastic and never lets a closed door stand in his way. Richard is a devoted family man with 3 young children, so is happy for his few nights away each week, when take away (not Chinese), beers and sleep are a welcome treat!
