Party One – UK

Using the client’s HQ, we turned a working environment into a fully functional event space, with minimal interference to the day to day running of the business.

The offices provided an open space in which to display the new car plus existing product. The vehicle was positioned on a central platform, lit from a ground supported circular truss, from which the sound system was also rigged. The party atmosphere was created using a combination of LED and moving lights, plus video projection directly onto the venue walls.

We created a ‘bowl food’ style menu that the in-house catering team was able to prepare, whilst the culmination of the evening was the unveiling of the new car, where guests were encouraged to have hands on experience of the product.
